If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our Policy on Cancellation & Return/Refunds/Replacement Policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchase with Us.

Cancellation Policy

EarthyCharm believes that we provide our customers with ample information to make informed purchases.

Orders are confirmed within 6 hours after they’re placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, customers will have 6 hours after checking out to hold the order to make adjustments or cancel the order.

If you have to cancel/hold the order, you can do it within 6 hours of placing the order. Please check your confirmation email for the instructions.

We do not accept cancellations after 6 hours or once the order has been taken into the printing process.

Return Policy

The entire product is shipped from either Vietnam or China depending on the inventory level of each product. Due to high shipping costs, EarthCharm does not accept return and exchange requests for any reason unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Replacement/Refunds Policy

At EarthyCharm, your satisfaction is our number one concern.

If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or a quality issue: You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 20 days of receiving your order, including proof of the received item.

If your claim is approved, we can issue a refund or provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the condition of payment, you will receive your refund within the following:

Paypal: 1 business day
Debit/Credit Card: You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
