The “Quickship” option will inform you if the item is available to be shipped from a warehouse located in the United States. If not, it will be shipped from a warehouse located outside the United States.

Notes:

  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  • If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact [email protected] to verify within 45 days of the order date.
  • For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped out, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please note that the tracking information might be delayed on the website compared to the actual status.

Changing Shipping Address

If you wish to change your shipping address, please use live chat or email us. We can only change your shipping address before your package is shipped out. Typically, we are unable to alter shipping addresses 24 hours after the order due to the order already being shipped.

Customs Charges and Delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties, and customs fees for imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase. If your payment has been processed but the parcel has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund. However, once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
